Returns are not available for Pattern purchases (PDFs) or Dyed-To-Order items.

 

Refunds

In the event that your physical order is lost or damaged by shipping carriers, refunds are accepted on orders placed with shipping insurance (Shipsurance), and must be requested within 14 days from delivery. Returns must then be completed within 7 days from initiation. 

To choose the right shipping insurance for your order, click on the search icon located at the upper left corner of the site, and type Shipsurance. On the item listing page, you may select from either Domestic or International, based on your shipping location :)
