Shipping policy

Shipment Timeline

In-stock items will be shipped out within 3-4 business days.

(In-stock items refer to themed mini sets and full sets).

Dyed-to-Order (DTO) and Pre-Order (PO) items have a 3-4 week production window, and will be shipped out no later than 5 weeks after the order has been placed. Depending on current work-load, orders may ship out sooner than expected - this window is to allow enough time to craft & curate your fibers :)

(Colorways that allow you to select your own base & quantity are DTO).

Orders placed with both In-Stock & DTO/PO items will not ship until all fibers have been dyed. Please expect the original timeline of 3-5 weeks.


Delivery Timeline

Domestic orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, and take roughly 5-7 business days to be delivered (majority of packages arrive in 3-5 days).

International orders are shipped via USPS, and take roughly 4-6 weeks to be delivered. Canadian packages typically arrive in 2 weeks, but all other countries should expect a longer delivery timeline.
